Details
Remove OpenRouter provider pinning (model_routes + PreLLMHook) 
Provider routing now handled by OpenRouter presets server-side.
Plugin retains only temperature/top_p injection via HTTPTransportPreHook.
Bifrost version will be latest (v1.6.2) on rebuild (clones main).
